I have 20 years experience as a therapist and currently work with elderly patients via phone e to assist in managing care. I would lile to offer respite care or services on some weekends to allow caregivers time to care for themselves. I am happy to spend time talking, providing some personal care and housekeeping. I am old enough to stay off my phone and engage in interaction with your family member and able to also be active in providing care. I love pets and have no problem with light housekeeping. My kids are in high school and college and I would like to stay busy on weekends.
