About Meredith

I'm passionate about helping children discover their gifts, learn, and connect with the natural world. I've taught in elementary schools (French, music, and reading) and love creating meaningful, hands-on experiences for kids of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I bring a warm, positive energy and enjoy teaching healthy habits, simple recipes, and mindfulness through music, dance, and time outdoors. I also have a deep heart for elders and offer kind, reliable companionship along with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep. Compassionate and dependable, I bring both care and professionalism to every family I support.
