Meredith has been with us over a year. She is thoughtful, kind, flexible, and an excellent communicator. I was very anxious to find childcare for our daughter when we moved to AL in 2022; Meredith is more than I could have ever dreamed of. She is equal parts creative, fun, and playful while being able to maintaine a strong, firm, and gentle hand when our daughter is acting out of line. She is an incredible role model and educator. I enjoy our conversations about our daughter's emotional and intellection progress and challenges. It's a special thing to have a nanny/sitter who also feels like a co-parent.
