About Meredith Ann

I'm a Colorado native with more than a decade of healthcare experience. I began my career in 2014 as a CNA before transitioning into healthcare administration (surgery scheduling/insurance/hospice admissions). Today, I'm a dedicated care manager in non-medical home care supporting more than 30 clients and their caregivers. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, personalized support and helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their homes. My passion for caregiving began during college through an internship supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. I helped care for their pets, which sparked my lifelong love of animals. I'm especially passionate about dogs and am a dedicated pet sitter. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about functional medicine, trying healthy recipes, live music, weekend getaways to the Rocky Mountains, watching golf, and spending time with family and friends. I'm also a proud aunt to two beautiful nephews.
