About Meredith

I am the oldest sister of four children and worked as a babysitter and nanny throughout high school and college. I have experience caring for children from infancy through middle school, and I have worked as an outdoor camp counselor, school outreach educator, and lifeguard for children. I genuinely love caring for children and helping them develop as individuals. I love to do activities that engage kids and encourage them to be creative. I strive to create supportive and safe environments for children at all times. I have a very calm and relaxed personality, and I am well-versed at child conflict resolution. I am especially happy to care for children with disabilities or other special needs. I love to adapt activities so all children can participate in them and fully believe in the dignity of each person regardless of age or ability.
