About Merdiana

I am a nursing student and experienced caregiver with nannying experience, as well as being a parent myself. I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, supported, and cared for, and I bring patience, structure, and warmth into every family I work with. As a nursing student, I am trained to be attentive, safety-focused, and calm in all situations. I am comfortable caring for children of different ages, helping with routines, meals, playtime, and bedtime, and creating a nurturing and reliable environment. Being a parent has strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate clearly with families, and respond thoughtfully to children's needs. I genuinely enjoy caring for children and supporting families, and I treat every child as I would want my own to be cared for.
