Mercy is extremely diligent and hardworking and take her job very seriously. She is always caring, kind, and gentle. We are happy with the way she treats our father, like family, with respect and humor. We consider ourselves very lucky that mercy was assigned to on our dad's case. Our father can't get confused during her shift and it is very clear to us that he feels calm and safe with mercy. We are happy that mercy is part of Dad's care team.
