Mercy was a wonderful caregivers and support for Mom and our family. Mercy was experienced with dementia and shared ideas for safety and redirection. Mercy kept Mom in a routine each day. She was friendly and enjoyed helping Mom. Mercy is patient, soft spoken, and gets the job done. Mercy was dependable, honest, kind, and loving. She became family after 2 1/2 years.
