When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in transparency. I provide verbal updates at the end of each day and follow the preferred communication method of the parents. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring that the children are well-behaved and respectful. I have an open and flexible schedule and capable to work around the desire timeframe. I am willing to assist with any household needs as well.
