Hi there, I'm Mercedes, I'm 34 years old, and I am very experienced in child care! I have worked in a Montessori setting, as well as a Reggio-Emilia- inspired program. I have experience as a lead preschool teacher, aftercare staff, and most recently, an administrator of a local Portland Preschool. Overall, I have roughly 15 years of professional experience with children from ages infant to 12 years old. I have taken a break from my full time Director role, and would love to continue being around children, teaching and playing! I look forward to my next step and continuing to do what I love.
