About Mercedes

Hi guys! My name is Mercedes and I can't wait to meet you and your family! I have 8 years of experience in Early Childcare, working with all ages from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. I have recently stepped down from an Assistant Directors position in a school because I was missing all the day to day interaction with little ones. I love being a part of the kiddos day, not just in passing. So after great consideration I have decided to step back into nannying and spending one on one time with little ones! I am a Early Childhood Education/Director qualified nanny, I am CPR and First Aid trained as well as Medication Delegated. I love reading, writing, arts/crafts and music, these are all a HUGE part of my day to day. I am a advocate for sensory play, so there will be a lot of messy play, but don't worry, I will always clean up after the fun. I think using all five senses when playing is the most rewarding way a child can learn. I can't wait to learn and grow with your family!
