Mel was heaven sent for us while my mother with parkinson's recovered from knee surgery and then suffered unexpected medical complications that prolonged her recovery. What I appreciated most is that Mel was calm, very skilled in handling my mother and balancing her medical issues and mobility and she always available and easily accessible by text which was very convenient for me. She was loving to my mother and I was very comfortable with my mom in her care, and enabled me to feel comfortable leaving town in mel's hands. She and her sister Ofa work together and they became our family. in addition to helping my mom, she helped keep our family sane and calm. While my mom has recovered, we will be planning to contact Mel when she needs help again. I have alot of love for this care team for what they helped us go through. do not hesitate to meet and hire mel.
