About Melonie

Hi! My name is Melonie! I've been working in the childcare industry for over 6 years and have a passion for helping children learn and grow. I worked in an early childhood center for 5 years and currently work as a behavioral therapist for autistic children. I have been working consistently as a nanny/babysitter for about 2 years aside from my current Job. I also attend college where I am aiming towards getting my education degree. I'm friendly and approachable, which helps me connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I typically follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a deep understanding of child development.
