About Melody

Hi! I'm Melody. I recently moved to NYC after earning my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and have over 8 years of experience working with children through teaching, tutoring, babysitting, and childcare. I love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun. I'm very hands-on and enjoy arts and crafts, reading, board games, outdoor activities, and creating engaging experiences that keep children active and learning. I'm dependable, organized, and value routines while staying flexible to meet each family's needs. My goal is to provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged to be themselves. I'm Kenyan American and come from a big family with six siblings, so being around children has always been a big part of my life. I'm currently looking for a summer nanny position with the potential to continue into the fall if it's a great fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
