About Mel

I have nearly 12 years of experience as a paraprofessional supporting Pre-K through 5th-grade students, including children with special needs. I've also worked as an after-school educational coach and cared for a family with three children, one with special needs. As a mother of three grown children, I understand how important trust, patience, and consistency are. I'm warm, creative, and reliable, and I love creating routines that help children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and play. I'm happy to help with carpooling, supervising activities, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. I look forward to bringing kindness, experience, and a positive spirit to your family.
