About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, very positive. I like working with kids because there is so much to learn from them as adults! I am great with creating schedules, meal prep-love cooking-allergy conscious! Doing everything possible to avoid screen time and help kiddos learn hands on. Also super happy to help out with light cleaning and leaving things better than I found them :) I started working with kids when I was a teenager, probably before that! I am the eldest of 8 close-knit cousins. I later briefly did nannying and have helped at church with kids of every age from 3 months to 17 years old! One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely love working with kids and have a deep well of a heart for all that comes with it. After many years of being around many different ages and personalities through my church, I've pretty much become like water! Just ready to mold into any situation and personality and eternally optimistic in their growth and development!
