About Melissa

With 12 years of experience as an elementary teacher, I am dedicated to supporting families by providing reliable, high-quality care. I bring a structured yet nurturing approach to every day. My personality is patient, calm, and approachable, ensuring children feel secure and happy. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency for your little ones. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational activities that promote learning. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and creative crafts to keep your home running smoothly. I look forward to discussing your child's day with you during pickup. My greatest joy is creating a positive environment where your children can thrive and grow.
