About Melissa

I bring a rare mix of hands-on parenting and professional childcare experience -- over 16 years raising my own kids, plus several years working in special education classrooms with children with autism and other developmental needs. As a Special Education Instructional Assistant and private tutor, I create structure, patience, and consistency for children who need it most. Before that, as a full-time parent, I managed routines, pediatric appointments, and homework for multiple kids at once -- I know how much trust it takes to hand your child to someone else, and I don't take that lightly. I'm First Aid certified with a Paraprofessional Certification, comfortable from newborn care through school-age routines. I'd love to meet and talk through your family's needs.
