About Melissa

I have been working with children for 30 years as a nanny, teacher, and support worker. I have a Degree in Early Education and have been a Montessori teacher/school owner, Mommy and Me class developer, and I spend my free time volunteering to bring children together to participate in environmental awareness activities, working with famous artists such as Wyland and Guy Harvey. Providing child care is where my heart is and I treat every child with love and respect. I appreciate and foster the curiosity of the children that are in my care. I have been a personal nanny again for 6 years after substitute teaching for 4 years for grades K-12 and a reading/writing coach for a local public school. I am experienced with special needs on speech, language, and occupational therapy for kids which helps in raising any child.
