Hi, I'm Melissa! Think of me as your family's extra set of loving, responsible hands! I've been helping care for my younger brother since the day he was born, and now he's 18! Growing up in that role taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and the joys of caring for children. I've also had experience caring for my nephew, who has autism, which has helped me develop an even greater appreciation for understanding each child's individual needs. I'm naturally energetic and nurturing, while also very organized and protective. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages and happy to help with everything from diaper changes and potty training to meal preparation, bedtime routines, and keeping little ones entertained. I believe children deserve to feel safe, respected, encouraged, and loved. I'd love to become that trusted big-sister figure your children look forward to seeing!
