About Melissa

Experience: 4 yrs

Knowing I can positively influence a child's life is what drives my passion for childcare. With four years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, I strive to be a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver. I have experience with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable following your lead regarding household rules. I will provide daily written reports and verbal communication at pickup. I have some college experience, including Early Child Development coursework, and am CPR trained. I also speak Spanish. I look forward to discussing how I can bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family.

Melissa has been my babysitter for my children for about 2 years now, i have a 1 year old and a 5 year old and never have had any complaints or problems regarding my children’s health or safety. I work as a nurse so i work long hours and she always makes sure my kids are in bed and ready for the next day when i get home and it helps me out so much !! very appreciative of her and her support !!
