About Melissa

Hi, I'm Molly! I have just moved to Denver to begin a master's program in clinical childhood psychology. I have an extensive background working with children of all ages: I served a year of service with AmeriCorps working with K-3rd grade students in the Polk County School District (Florida) who were reading behind grade level to help bring them up to speed as well as work on behavioral issues. Additionally, I worked as a nanny and for various regular babysitting jobs, many of these including transportation, cleaning, cooking, etc. I really enjoy working with children and have a natural way with them. I respect them and remember what it was like--at all ages. I love music, arts and crafts, and am more than happy to read books with them, help with homework, go to the park, or just be someone to talk to. Also, I adore animals. I have a 2-year-old terrier, Stewart who loves nothing more than to be around people and other dogs.
