About Melissa

I'm a caregiver with two years of experience looking for an opportunity to support a family and provide a reliable childcare option for them. My patient, creative, and friendly personality makes me a great fit for children of all ages. I keep parents informed about their child's day by providing written daily reports and maintaining open communication at pickup. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure a consistent and positive environment for the children in my care. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. My experience includes caring for children ages one through 12, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I have some college education and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am also a mother to a 13 yr old boy. I am comfortable with pets and love spending time with animals.
