Melissa is an amazing nanny and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. We hired her after only having family members watch our kids and were a little nervous about finding someone we could trust to watch our children, especially since our son has Autism. Melissa eased all my worries in the first day she watched my kids. She is super reliable and great with children. She did an amazing job helping my son him calm down when he was upset (which was less often when she was watching him). She also drove the kids to their activities (little gym, swimming and soccer) and took pictures of them so I didn’t feel as bad about missing these activities while I was at work. Additionally, she worked really well with our ABA therapist and BT (to the point that sometimes my son’s reward in behavioral therapy was to be able to have more time with her). My daughter (2) also adores her. They were always doing fun art projects together, having outdoor adventures, reading books and doing enriching activities. She really felt like a family member and any family would be lucky to have her watch their children❤️
