I just hired Melissa. She is the second cleaner we have worked with. She's cleaned for us twice and has done a really really great job. She's dependable and on time. She checks-in a day earlier to confirm her visit and keeps us posted if she's running late in traffic. Melissa went above and beyond in her first visit. But I was most impressed with what she did on her second visit since I had given her a list of tasks that I needed help with on a regular visit. We were very impressed with her work. I would definitely recommend her. She's great!
