Hello my name is Melissa. I'm 32 years old with 15+ years of experience, newborn-16. I am very comfortable with all the experiences which come with taking care of children, including special needs. I have spent several years working in Childcare with 3 families in particular long term. I realized once I had my own kids, the importance of individualized care for us. I see the importance of safety, cleanliness, and individualized attention. I know these are needed at a young age for the growth development that happens so quickly. I look forward to being able to work with your child/children as well as yourself in making this successful for everyone involved. I'm definitely interested in one time date night jobs.
