Melissa is friendly, outgoing, responsible and most of all dependable. She knows what she has to do, I don't have to explain things twice. She keeps me posted and even goes the extra mile: movie night! She has been very flexible with my schedule and my girls like her very much. She has become someone important for my oldest.
