She is a fast and hard worker and very efficient. She is very supportive and understanding and patient. She met us where we were at. She is flexible about hours to provide service and communicative if she was running late or if we needed to reach her to communicate a change of plans. She brought her own supplies if we didn't have what she needed to complete the job.
