I have my CNA and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates on their loved one's well-being. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important to me. Supporting adults and seniors' well-being is my passion. I am friendly, calm, and empathetic.
