About Melissa

Hello, I have been caring for children since I was a teenager. I started at the age of 12 as a "mothers helper" for a toddler. Transitioned into babysitting every week for two children (infant and 8-year-old) and worked for same family for over 6 years. They had 2 more children while I was there. So I had 4 all together ages infant to pre-teen. I currently have a 4-year-old nephew that I have been helping taking care of since his birth. And often take him on the weekends and during the week for overnights. I also teach Sunday school for ages 2. 5-6-year-olds at shipyard church in Plymouth, MA. I spend a lot of time with my nephew as well as friends and their children. I have a love for children of all ages. Each are special and unique and should be treated as such. I would treat any child the same way I would my own nephew (and he is the light of my life). Look forward to hearing from you!
