Hey there! I am 30 years old and I am a pediatric occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience with newborns/infants and children of all ages. At my last job, I was working specifically with newborns (ages 0-3months) who had specific and special medical needs (regarding feeding, sleep training, physical disabilities, babies who are oxygen dependent, babies born addicted to drugs, etc). During this job, I was also responsible for up to 3 newborns at a time in my care, so I have extensive experience with multiples as well. I have such a passion for babies and young kids and I have done everything from babysitting to full-time nannying since I was 13 years old. I've cared for kids from newborn-age to 15 years old. Melissa is an outstanding nanny. She watched our son her first two summers out of high school. She is calm, attentive, patient, God-centered and mature beyond her years. We could always count on Melissa to handle our toddler with ease. He is now 3 and 1/2 and still asks about her. She made a great impression on him and on us as parents. I highly recommend her in any childcare capacity. She's a true gem!
