About Melissa

For more than 20 years, I have dedicated myself to providing reliable childcare, elderly care, and family support. I began caregiving at age 14, babysitting for neighbors, and after graduating high school, I transitioned into professional home healthcare by earning my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and helping run a family homecare health business. Over the past 10 years, I have worked as a house manager and nanny for busy professional families, supporting child development, managing daily routines, and keeping households running smoothly. My most recent-and most cherished-role was providing individualized care for a deaf child, adapting communication methods to support language development, safety, and daily routines from infancy through early childhood. She is now 5 years old and thriving in school. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy engaging children through outdoor activities, crafts, and imaginative play. CPR/first aid
