About Melissa

I moved to Breckenridge and recently left my job working at the International Day School of Houston as a teacher for ages 4 months to 14 months; I also worked with the other teachers and children up to age 5. I was also a nanny for a 2-month-old until 18 months in Cypress, TX. I have experience watching large groups of children for about 3 years, and I also made my way through college watching kids while going for my Bachelors in Human and Family development. I felt pulled to move back to the mountains after city life, and the easiest way was to get a job working for Breck through Vail Resorts. I ultimately would love to work with kids more than working for the resort. I love to learn, grow, and have fun every day!! I love being active with the kids by going into nature and traveling as a family, creating arts and crafts, eating and creating healthy food, helping with schoolwork, and making sure we are in a clean, safe, and beautiful environment.
