About Melissa

I'm a recent transplant to South Jordan. Nurturing children comes naturally to me, I have 4 grown sons and a granddaughter. ( Don't let the "grandma" fool you, I'm very active and with age comes respect, work ethic, dependability and experience!) My passion lies in fostering growth and creating a positive impact on young lives. I ran a childcare facility for over 10 years along with a home/office cleaning business as my kids were growing up. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoors with the kiddos, board games, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for two children of any age and have some college experience. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I can assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel and swimming supervision. I have First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. Enriching your child's life brings me immense joy. I have a clean background/driving record and I'm open to drug testing. I love dogs, but I'm allergic to cats , unfortunately.
