I started working with kids when I was 16 and a neighbor just moved in with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old! I babysat and watched their kids for most of the summer and on evenings when I was in school. Currently, I love watching my niece and nephew! I was a teacher in Chesterfield and I taught third grade for 2 years. Prior to teaching, I worked at a daycare while acquiring my masters degree at JMU for education. I have experience from newborn- elementary age, and I prefer infant age level but love all age groups! In my spare time, I like to spend time outside or near the water- I live near the James river and I used to live in Virginia Beach! I love reading too and would enjoy reading with your children!
