Melissa was a wonderful caregiver for my 89 year old father suffering from vascular dementia. Her dedication and attentiveness were exceptional, and it was evident that she genuinely cared for my father's well-being. Not only did Melissa provide professional physical care for my father, but she also became a comforting and supportive presence in his life. She took the time to engage with him, listen to his stories, and provide emotional support during some of his toughest moments. Her kindness and patience made a world of difference for my father. Melissa was always punctual, discreet, and a good communicator. I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough - she truly made a positive impact on my father's final days.
