I actively listen to and observe students, varying my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. Regular communication with parents is essential for understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. As a certified teacher experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504), I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, celebrating small successes and breaking down complex problems. With a graduate degree and one year of experience, the most rewarding part of tutoring for me is seeing a student's confidence blossom as they master new skills.
