Melissa was a part-time nanny (about 12 hours/week) for our son (from when he was age 13 months to 17 months). She was fantastic! She initiated activities and crafts (that she brought!) with our son, and he had an absolute ball with her. She's intelligent, creative, kind, accommodating, nurturing, generous, and more. She really put me at ease as a mom and blew us away with the way she got to know our son and completely spoiled him with love. She leaves HUGE shoes to fill.
