My two siblings are 10 years younger than myself so I was always helping them with homework. When I was a nanny for a 5-year-old boy I home-schooled him for a year. When I worked at a ranch for troubled teens they had written assignments required of them to move on in the program, as well as classes and homework that they would need help with.

Melissa is very passionate about her work; She puts 100% into her tasks and efforts. She has worked with youth for nearly her whole life starting with nannying and babysitting, being hired as a camp counselor and working as a live in private nanny. During her private in home nannying she also home-schooled in a remote area and traveled with the family. Melissa is capable of multitasking and is willing to learn, take trainings, or immerse herself in cultures to assist families and their specific needs. Due to her experience of helping multiple families that enjoy traveling or have work that requires travel she has learned to be very flexible and understanding in different family settings.
