Melissa was always on time and completely dependable. Vee and I never had to worry about missed appointments or shifts. She also showed great professionalism by keeping the area clean and organized. We were especially impressed by her patience. For example, Vee has a difficult time with transitions, but Melissa always handled it with a calming presence and a positive attitude. She has a very kind soul. She consistently went above and beyond her duties. Not only did she help with daily tasks like medication management and meal prep, she also helped with physical therapy exercises, played games, or assisted with errands. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone seeking a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional caregiver. Our family feels incredibly fortunate to have found her.
