About Melinda

I'm a dependable, empathetic, and warm caregiver with a deep love for working with kids. I started babysitting at 16 and have cared for children of various ages ever since. I love helping children feel safe, supported, and free to explore their creativity. I'm currently a medical student at D'Youville College of Osteopathic Medicine and plan to become a pediatrician. I also have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence, and I enjoy meeting each child where they are. I'm patient, attentive, and engaging, with experience helping with homework, creative activities, and bedtime routines. In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting, taking walks, and spending time with my pets. I'm looking forward to helping a family who could use some extra support!
