We love Melinda! She's been watching my 3 kids for a couple years now. Melinda takes note of details when it comes to the way I prefer my kids to do things and the rules we have at home. She creates a seamless transition from their primary caregiver so I know things will be very much like it would be if I was there. When I return home she gives me a detailed account of what happened while I was out. She is consistent, kind and fair. She explains things to my children in age-appropriate manner when needed. She plays and has fun with them too. She also supports skills that they are learning. My children enjoy spending time with her; they know what to expect when she comes to watch them. She is especially good with babies and has cared for my youngest since he was born. She as our doula she knows a lot of information about babies, caring for them and ways to help them achieve their milestones. Anytime I need somebody I can trust I know I can rely on Melinda.
