This is a hard review to write because our family recently moved away and we still miss Elizabeth dearly. She is an excellent nanny, a wonderful human, and a privilege to have in your life. Elizabeth cared for our son from 2.5mos to 9mos old. Her work evolved from part time to full time, because she was so incredibly helpful and integral in caring for our son. She developed age appropriate routines with him, taught him how to play, made sure he spent time outdoors, read to him, kept him on a schedule, introduced him to music etc etc. She cooked a variety of healthy meals for him, handled bottles, dishes, laundry, baths. She cared for him as if he were her child and we intrinsically trusted her. She was reliable, a great communicator, and respected our wishes and goals for our son. She brought immense experience from her nanny roles and helped us grow as a family in many ways. Our son hit all of his milestones early and he is incredibly aware and sensitive and communicative and we know Elizabeth helped cultivate those skills in him. Elizabeth brings light, joy, and stability to the families she works with and I know her other references would say the same. If you have the opportunity to work with Elizabeth, Take it!! She has completely set the bar for what a nanny can and should be.
