Melissa worked for me in NYC, supporting someone on the Autism Spectrum. She was all that you would hope for. She is very present when supporting people. She has a great sense of humor and is extremely flexible and understanding. She knows when people can be encouraged and when they just need to be supported. She was excellent at making adjustments to meet the person as they were each day. Most importantly she understood that her job was to support and not lead.
