Hi there! I'd love to learn more about your kiddos' care needs! My care experience includes kids, special needs adults, seniors, and pets. I'm a natural kid-companion, modeling calm, kindness, responsibility, creativity, thinking and emotional skills. I love getting to know kids' individual interests. I'm easy going and compassionate, but also honor limitations and hold boundaries. I'm physically active and positive, leading and redirecting with care, empathy and patience. I value structure and schedules and am also adaptable - always prioritizing safety and discernment. As a former operations coordinator I'm skilled in task/time-management, am organized, efficient, dependable, punctual and a great problem-solver with a clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and I am a non-smoker.
