About Melanie

Melanie was an incredible caregiver, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was always punctual and dependable. I had to leave for work at 6:30 every morning, and she was consistently there on time and ready to help. On the rare occasion that something came up and I was running late, she was always flexible, stayed longer when needed, and made a stressful situation much easier. Melanie cared for my children as if they were her own. She is kind, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely loves working with children. She provided the perfect balance of warmth and structure by consistently following the rules and routines I had in place. My children absolutely adored her and always looked forward to spending time with her. She kept them engaged with fun, creative activities instead of just putting them in front of a screen, and she even prepared healthy meals and snacks that encouraged them to eat better. Knowing they were not only safe but also learning, playing, and developing healthy habits gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was at work. Melanie is a wonderful person—bright, responsible, trustworthy, and truly amazing with children. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her caring for their children. I recommend her without hesitation.
