About Melanie

I have worked at Mission Ridge Childcare for six years, four of those years I was the childcare manager. I have worked with newborns to high schoolers. I am also a mother of five children who have grown. Throughout my life I have always been involved in youth programs, summer camps, and activities. I also have experience working with the foster care program. I enjoy working with children of many ages and getting to know them. I try to find a good balance of fun and also working on positive behavior and respect. The joy of watching a child grow and experience life is a special adventure.
