A life change found that the corporate ladder was no longer for me. I went out on a limb & started my caregiving services, Delicate Flowers. I have been called to help an older generation know that our generation wants to hear their stories, to let them know that they're not alone & they will not be left behind. I currently have a client I see daily. I assist them w/ med mgmt, Kroger trips, doc appt., & most importantly, companionship. They love to watch TV, so we binge. I am looking for another family to share my time with. I understand the importance of clear communication, following the family's preferred method. To know your loved one's preferences & personal history is essential to building a strong connection. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating situations, & handling confusion or behavioral changes. My education & corp. Long Term Care career and experience has given me a solid foundation for providing professional & detail-oriented support.
