I met with Melanie for an interview a month and a half prior to needing her before I go back to work off of maternity leave. She committed to watching my two children & I followed up with her multiple times prior to her start date. 2 weeks prior to her starting for me she has not responded to multiple messages via text or Care.com. It is quite disappointing. I absolutely would NEVER recommend Melanie due to her lack of responsibility & reliability.
