About Melanie

I' am a BSN/RN with 20+ years experience as a charge nurse in dialysis. During my career the majority of my patient's were seniors. I really enjoyed listening to their life stories and gaining knowledge form their wisdom. My experience allows me to help with basic medical needs such as medication management, exercise, nutrition and of course companionship. I'm available to run errands, help with shopping, accompaniment to doctor appointments and light housekeeping. My skills would also benefit any family members seeking respite care. I am currently not working because I'm taking a 7 month course to enhance my nursing credentials. When I graduate, I will be a certified holistic, health and wellness nurse coach. On a personal note I am a fun, outgoing person who truly loves helping people. I like to play board games and do puzzles. In my free time I go to the gym, yoga and meditation classes and if you are open to it, I would love to incorporate meditation into our time together.
